Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all repair and maintenance services performed by Bocapc Repair at 469 1 Ave NW, Swift Current, SK S9H 0N3. Our goal is to perform services correctly the first time and to address concerns promptly and fairly when issues arise.

1. Our Service Standard

We provide written estimates before performing repair work and obtain your authorization before proceeding. Services are performed by qualified technicians using appropriate parts and procedures. If a service is not performed as agreed, or if a problem recurs that is directly attributable to work we performed, we want to know about it and address it.

2. Concerns and Service Disputes

If you have a concern about work performed:

  • Describe the concern and, where possible, bring the vehicle in for us to inspect
  • We will assess the situation and work with you to reach a fair resolution

We take service concerns seriously. Many issues can be resolved through direct conversation, and we prefer that approach.

3. Parts and Labour

Parts used in repairs are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for those parts, which varies by component and supplier. Labour warranty terms are provided at the time of service. Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship or premature part failure, not to normal wear or unrelated issues that develop after service.

4. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic services involve technician time and equipment. Diagnostic fees are generally charged even if you choose not to proceed with a recommended repair. We inform customers of diagnostic charges before beginning diagnostic work.

5. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when a service has not been performed as described, when a part fails prematurely within its warranty period, or when an error attributable to our work can be confirmed. Refunds are not provided for diagnostic fees when a diagnosis has been properly performed, or for services that were authorized and completed as agreed.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Saskatchewan Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact Consumer Protection Saskatchewan.
