A look at who we are, how we work, and what drives our approach to vehicle service.
Bocapc Repair has been operating in Swift Current, Saskatchewan for over fifteen years. What began as a small independent shop has grown into a team of qualified technicians covering a wide range of vehicle systems — from routine maintenance to diagnostic work on complex electrical and engine issues.
We've stayed independent because it gives us flexibility in how we operate. There's no corporate quota driving our service recommendations. When a technician inspects a vehicle and provides a report, it reflects what they actually found — not a target number of upsells.
Swift Current's climate is genuinely hard on vehicles. Temperatures that swing 60 degrees Celsius between seasons, dusty summer roads, and the kind of frost heaves that test suspension components every spring — we understand these conditions and factor them into the way we approach inspections and service recommendations.
A few principles that shape how we work with customers and how we handle vehicles in our shop.
We don't recommend repairs based on assumptions. Diagnostic testing and physical inspection come first, so that any service recommendation is grounded in actual findings.
We explain what we found, why it matters, and what the options are — in straightforward language, not technical jargon. You should understand what you're deciding on.
Before any repair work proceeds, we provide a written estimate. Saskatchewan consumer protection rules require authorization for repairs above certain thresholds — we apply that practice across the board.
Vehicle technology changes quickly. Our technicians keep current through ongoing technical training to stay capable of working on newer vehicle platforms and diagnostic systems.
We're located at 469 1 Ave NW in Swift Current — accessible from the northwest side of the city with on-site parking.
